For help with an order, artwork, delivery, or a reorder, email hello@stickiva.co.uk. We will keep the reply clear and practical so you know the next step.

If your question is about a saved order, include the order reference and the email address used when the request was submitted.

  • Order help: send the order reference, name, email address, and what needs changing.
  • Artwork help: attach the image or describe the issue, such as blurry artwork, background removal, cutline, size, or spelling.
  • Delivery help: include the delivery postcode, chosen service, and any tracking number you have.

Artwork checks

Before printing, we check for obvious issues such as missing images, very small stickers, unclear artwork, missing customer details, and production files that need attention.

We may ask you to approve, fix, or resend artwork before production. This helps avoid a disappointing print result.

Custom stickers are made from the approved design, so please check spelling, size, layout, and image quality before confirming.

Delivery and tracking

When an order is ready to leave the studio, we record the Royal Mail service, tracking number if available, and dispatch date on the order.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless a service is explicitly sold as guaranteed. Production queues, bank holidays, incorrect addresses, weather, and courier delays can affect arrival times.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Contact us quickly if something needs changing. If the order has not entered production, we will help where we reasonably can.

Once artwork is approved or production has started, changes and cancellations may not be possible because the stickers are personalised.

If an order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or materially different from the approved design, send clear photos and the order reference so we can review it.

Reorders

We keep customer-uploaded images and artwork for 1 year after dispatch or cancellation by default so repeat orders are easier.

If you want us to delete customer details or uploaded images sooner, contact us and we will review the request.
