Terms & conditions
The plain-English rules for using Stickiva, uploading artwork, approving custom sticker designs, delivery, changes, and refunds.
Last updated: 29 May 2026About these terms
These terms apply when you use Stickiva, browse the website, create a sticker design, upload artwork, request support, or place an order for custom stickers, sheets, decals, labels, or related products.
By using Stickiva or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are ordering for a business, you confirm that you have authority to place the order on behalf of that business.
Who we are and how to contact us
Stickiva is a UK-focused custom sticker service for personal, creator, event, school, and small-business sticker orders.
You can contact us at hello@stickiva.co.uk. If you are contacting us about an order, include your order reference, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of what you need.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for making sure all information you provide is accurate, including your name, email address, delivery address, artwork choices, size, quantity, and finish.
Products, previews, and print results
Our products are custom printed to the size, quantity, finish, and design choices selected in the creator or checkout flow. Product availability, finishes, delivery options, and pricing may change over time.
On-screen previews are a guide to layout, scale, and colour. Printed colours can vary from screens because screens use RGB light and print uses physical inks, materials, coatings, and production tolerances.
Small differences in trimming, cut lines, placement, and sheet layout can happen during production. We will always aim to produce a good-quality custom sticker order that reflects the approved design.
Your artwork and uploads
You keep ownership of the artwork, photos, logos, text, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you give Stickiva permission to store, process, preview, check, print, package, and deliver that content for your order and related support.
You must only upload content that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for any names, logos, images, characters, trademarks, photographs, personal data, or other rights included in your design.
- Do not upload artwork that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, harassing, invasive of privacy, or intended to cause harm.
- Do not upload artwork that infringes copyright, trade marks, design rights, image rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
- Do not upload files containing malware, corrupted data, or anything intended to disrupt the website or production process.
We may reject, pause, or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the artwork breaks these rules.
Templates and design assets
Stickiva templates, starter layouts, icons, mascots, prompts, design assets, and website content belong to Stickiva or our licensors. You may use them through Stickiva to create your own sticker order.
Using a template does not transfer ownership of the template or underlying design system to you. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish templates or design assets outside Stickiva unless we give written permission.
Orders, approval, and payment
An order is placed when you submit the order through checkout or an approved ordering flow. We may confirm receipt by email. We only accept an order once we confirm it or begin preparing it for production.
Before printing, you are responsible for checking spelling, artwork, layout, size, quantity, finish, delivery address, and any proof or preview we show you. If you approve a proof or continue after a preview, we will treat that design as approved for production.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges, free delivery thresholds, and any taxes or discounts will be shown before you complete your order. A minimum order value of £0.99 applies. Standard delivery is free on sticker orders of £30 or more, and fast delivery is free on sticker orders of £50 or more, unless a promotion says otherwise.
Changes and cancellations
Because stickers are personalised or made to your specification, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once artwork has been approved, payment has been processed, or production has started.
If you need to change an order, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@stickiva.co.uk. We will help where we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee changes after checkout or approval.
Delivery
Delivery options and estimated delivery dates will be shown during ordering. Unless a delivery service is expressly described as guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by production queues, courier delays, weather, bank holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may need to charge for reprint or redelivery.
Faults, damage, and refunds
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or materially different from the approved design, contact us with photos and your order reference. We may offer a reprint, replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.
Personalised or custom-made products usually cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described, or not produced with reasonable care and skill.
Using the website
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer private systems, or use the website in a way that could harm Stickiva, other customers, or our suppliers.
We may update, suspend, withdraw, or restrict parts of the website for maintenance, security, product changes, or operational reasons.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Stickiva is not responsible for business interruption, lost profit, lost opportunity, or indirect losses caused by use of the website or delay in receiving a custom order, except where the law does not allow this limitation.
Privacy, updates, and law
Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data. If there is a conflict between these terms and the privacy policy about personal data, the privacy policy will apply to that point.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved with our support team, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
