Ordering and pricing

What can I make with Stickiva?

You can create custom sticker sheets, labels, decals, laptop stickers, water-bottle stickers, QR stickers, name labels, event stickers, creator merch, and small-business packaging stickers.

How does pricing work?

Pricing starts from a minimum order value of £0.99. After that, the total depends on the physical size of your stickers, how many you order, the sheet layout, and the material or finish selected.

What does the £0.99 minimum order value mean?

If the calculated sticker price is below £0.99, the order starts at £0.99. Once the order passes that minimum, pricing follows the size and quantity bands shown in the creator.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Standard delivery is free on sticker orders of £30 or more. Fast delivery is free on sticker orders of £50 or more. The creator and checkout will show the current delivery option before you order.

Artwork and templates

Can I upload my own artwork, logo, or photos?

Yes. You can upload your own images, logos, drawings, or design files, provided you own them or have permission to use them. For best results, use clear, high-resolution artwork.

Will you check my artwork before printing?

We aim to help with obvious print issues, especially during beta ordering, but you are still responsible for checking spelling, layout, size, image quality, and the final preview or proof before print.

Can I use templates?

Yes, when templates are available in the creator. Templates are there to help you start faster, and the preview is the main thing to check before ordering.

What artwork should I avoid uploading?

Avoid anything you do not have rights to use, anything hateful or unlawful, and anything that includes another person's private information without permission. We may reject artwork that does not fit the service.

Delivery and support

How long will my stickers take?

Delivery estimates depend on the order, production queue, and delivery option selected. The latest available delivery information will be shown before checkout.

Can I change my order after checkout?

Contact us as quickly as possible. If production has not started, we will help where we can. Once artwork is approved or printing has begun, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email hello@stickiva.co.uk with your order reference and clear photos. If the order is faulty, damaged, or materially different from the approved design, we will work on a reprint, replacement, refund, or suitable fix.

Are the stickers waterproof?

Some Stickiva materials and finishes are designed for water bottles and everyday use. The creator will show the current material options. If you need a specific use, ask before ordering.

Do you make business stickers?

Yes. Stickiva is suitable for logo stickers, packaging labels, QR decals, parcel seals, cup stickers, and small-batch business sticker sheets.

What happens to my uploaded images?

We use uploads to create previews, prepare print files, make your order, and help with support. By default, uploaded images are deleted 1 year after the job is dispatched or cancelled. Unattached uploads are normally deleted after 1 year.
