For order support, include your order reference, the email address used for the order, and a short note about what you need.
- Artwork support: tell us what looks wrong and attach the image if useful.
- Delivery support: include the delivery postcode and tracking number if you have one.
- Business sticker support: tell us the use case, size, quantity, and deadline.
What happens next
We will read the request, check the order or artwork, and reply with the next practical step.
If the request affects production, we may pause the order while we wait for your reply so it does not print incorrectly.
Privacy requests
For privacy requests, email hello@stickiva.co.uk with enough detail for us to find the order or upload. We can correct, delete, or anonymise customer data where the law and order record requirements allow.
